At CALSMA BOXING, Coach Irwin and his team combine their expertise and shared passion for the sport to create a training environment rooted in family values, support, and determination. Their mission is to help every student achieve their personal goals, no matter their starting point. The program welcomes a diverse range of boxers – those aiming to improve their fitness level, or grow personally – each training with the same dedication and intensity. Everyone is treated like a fighter, empowered to grow both physically and mentally.

CLASS SCHEDULE

ADULTS (18 yrs & above):
Monday – Friday: 10:00-11:00am

Saturdays: 8:00am-9:00am

YOUTH (10 – 17 yrs old):
Fridays: 4:00pm -5:00pm

Saturdays: 9:00am-10:00am

KIDS (6 – 9 yrs old)
Fridays 4:00pm – 5:00pm
Saturdays 10:00am – 11:00am
