CALSMA Taekwondo Classes will be lead by owner and Taekwondo Master Osmundo Jun Quitain. In addition to hands on training of both National and International athletes, he has had decades of experience in managing taekwondo dojangs.  Master Jun was first mentored for 6 years in Burbank, California by Grandmaster Jin Ki Lim, Taekwondo Dojang owner of several locations in Los Angeles County and a former President of California Unified Taekwondo Association (CUTA).  Master Jun learned the skills in managing a dojang that enrolls about 300 students under JK Taekwondo.  He then moved on to teaching and managing More Than Medals Taekwondo for the next 15 years and was then mentored by Master Jae Ok Lee, a pastor and taekwondo missionary, who learned the sport and forwarded Mission of Taekwondo through the instructions and mentorship of Grandmaster Hong, the founder of International Taekwondo Mission (ITM).

Master Jun initially pursued Taekwondo as a childhood hobby, which later transformed into a profound passion. Despite facing numerous challenges in his youth and often finding himself in trouble, it was Taekwondo that provided him with direction and discipline. Determined to share the transformative power of Taekwondo with others, especially during times of adversity, he has made it his mission to teach the martial art as a valuable tool for navigating life’s difficulties.
