We require all students who are at the YELLOW BELT level and above to wear their full sparring gear when training (during sparring days).
Using the proper attire and gear helps in equipping and implementing safety measures while training and competing.
The required sparring/ protective gear are as follows:

- Forearm Protector
- Hand Protector
- Groin Cup
- Shin Protector
- Foot Protector
- Mouth Guard
- Mouth Guard Case (optional but highly recommended)
All students must wear the proper taekwondo dobok/ uniform during class. Accepted Dobok / uniforms to be worn in class are the from CALSMA and MTM only. CALSMA Dobok / uniform is required to be worn during competitions, tournaments and outside activities (events, parades…etc).
