New Curriculum Structure
Taekwondo classes are grouped by class level, not just individual belt rank. Each class level includes a range of belts, allowing students to train together and progress as a group. Our class curriculum emphasizes progress through shared learning. While each student still earns their belt individually, their training happens in a community, one technique at a time, one level stronger each cycle.

Class Levels and Belt Groupings
- Beginner Class – White, Yellow, Orange, Orange Stripe
- Intermediate Class – Green, Green Stripe, Purple, Purple Stripe
- Advanced Class – Blue, Blue Stripe, Brown, Brown Stripe
- Expert Class – Red, Red Stripe, Black
Unified Techniques for Each Class Level
Each class level will cycle through four foundational techniques, inspired by the symbols found on the Korean flag: (sky, water, fire, earth)

These techniques are not based on hierarchy. They represent different movement qualities, energies, and skills. Every student in the same class level, regardless of belt color, will learn the same technique at the same time.
How Progression Works
- Each technique cycle is taught to the entire class together.
- If the student is already familiar with the technique being taught, this will be an opportunity to reinforce their knowledge and refine the precise execution of each movement.
- Students test for their next belt based on the current technique being taught.
- Once they pass, they move up to the next belt and continue learning alongside their class in the next technique cycle.
