MEMBER REFERRAL INCENTIVES

Thank you for being an ambassador for our Dojang!

We appreciate you recommending us to your friends and community! And as a Thank You, you will receive incentives for every student who signs up for a annual membership with CALSMA.

There are different tiers of incentives you can receive:

TIER 1:
EARN A FREE BELT TEST

• Receive a FREE Belt Test for every student referred.
• Referred student must be signed up for an Annual Membership.
• Trial Sign ups are not qualified as a referral.
• Students within the household (siblings) who are receiving a family discount rate are not qualified as a referral.
• Incentive must be used by the student to who referred the new students.
• Free Belt is non-transferable and has no cash value.
• A discount code for your free belt test will be emailed to you.

TIER 2:
EARN A FREE ONE YEAR MEMBERSHIP

• Earn a FREE ONE YEAR membership with CALSMA if you refer 10 students!
• In addition, you will also receive free belt test for every qualified referral.

WHAT IS A QUALIFIED REFERRAL?

• A qualified referral is a student who signs up for an Annual Membership.
• Trials are not qualified.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• All 10 qualified referrals must sign up within a 12 month period to qualify for the free year.
  For example, if your first qualified referred student started their membership on Jan 15, 2023, then you have until Jan 15, 2026 to reach 10 qualified referred students. Then on Jan 16, 2027, your qualified referred student count starts all over again to zero.
• Qualified referred student can only be counted once. This means that once you have 10 qualified referrals and the incentive is claimed, your referred student count starts all over again to zero.
• Incentive must be used by the student who referred the new students.
• If the new student was referred by multiple current students, we will have the new student decide to whom to award the incentive to. If undecided, we will select the first person they list on the registration that referred the new student.
• The free year will start on the renewal date (/”end date) of your contract.
• Students within the household (siblings/family) who are already receiving a family discount rate are not qualified as a referral.
• If there are multiple students in the household, the first one who gets the 12 year free incentive will be the sibling who has the family discount.
• If the referred student cancels within 6 months from the sign up date, the referral incentive will not count.
• You will still receive free belt tests for every referral regardless if they cancel within 6 months. Please see Tier 1 for Free Belt Test details.

Both Tier 1 and Tier 2 incentives are non-transferable and has no cash value.
